Gloves up Cardio-Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing classes combine martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio exercises. You don’t need to know any martial arts techniques to start – we will teach you everything that you need to know. For each class there is typically a warm up period at the beginning and a cool down period at the end. Every student should go at their own pace. Listen to your body. There are plenty of modifications we can do to match your fitness and comfort level. Before long you won’t believe how far you have come!
